Dealers are being bombarded with calls from companies selling Digital Retailing tools but they are getting mixed messages. Digital retailing has never been defined so Thomas gage and I are creating a clear definition with Pasch Automation Level (PAL) scores to separate fact from fiction. As soon as our industry agrees on a definition, the sooner we can transform automotive retail and energize franchise dealers.
