I had the opportunity to sit down with Betsy Reed from TapText to discuss modern communication strategies for auto dealers. When dealers realize that they are missing significant sales opportunities because they highly leverage form fills or chat/text messaging, change can occur. Why has it taken so long for change to happen? Dealers were unaware of the hidden messages that forms send to consumers and how few of them fill out forms.
